Poor Customer Services at the Wesley Chapel Walgreens

I visited this Walgreen's on yesterday after making my 3rd trip there to pick up my daughter's prescription for her acne. I was told the first time that the prescription would be in the next day. I came back and was told they could not find the prescription. After asking to please look for it, they found it and stated that it would be in tomorrow. I came back and I was told very nonchalantly it was not in yet. I came back two days ago and after waiting a long time to be waited on, I was once again very non-chalantly told it was not there after being told three times it would be there the next day. The manager and pharmacist (two different women) just causally said "tell you doctor to order you another prescription or maybe Publix had it". I was just appalled at the neglect for good customer service and concern. I am so sorry that Rite Aid Closed. I had a great pharmacist who took care of me and always answered my questions. Incidentally a few weeks ago at that same awful Walgreens, I had a question from a previous prescription that I asked the pharmacist about and she said, "you will need to ask your doctor" and she kept typing. They are so non-personal and non-chalant there.
